Order Cancellation
Once an order for any tax, registration, or compliance-related service has been successfully placed and payment has been made, the process of preparing and submitting information to government authorities begins immediately.
Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after confirmation.
All payments are non-refundable, as these services involve professional effort, document handling, and statutory submissions that are irreversible.
Conditional Refunds
Refunds will be processed only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made by the user; or
- Service non-delivery due to a verified technical issue on our end.
Refund requests can be sent to contact@taxufiling.com with proof of payment. Verified refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
