2. Client Responsibilities Clients availing services from the Company agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.
  • Cooperate with the Company in a timely manner to facilitate service delivery.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The fees for services provided by the Company are based on the nature and complexity of the service.
  • Payment terms will be communicated to the client upon engagement and are due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Service Delivery

  • The Company will make every effort to deliver services within agreed timelines.
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may impact service delivery timelines.

5. Confidentiality

  • The Company agrees to maintain confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s liability for any claims arising out of or relating to services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for those services.
  • The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the engagement upon written notice to the other party.
  • Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Accounting Standards.

9. Amendments

  • The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments will be communicated to clients in writing.

10. Entire Agreement

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
